I am a vz employee and let me tell u the why uu get bad service some time around 2001 vz was trying to get into the long distance market to do this per fed guidelines vz could onl have a certin amount of customers in the local market. vz had too many and had to get rid of some and the way to do ths was to provide horrible service so customers would leave cuz if we owned the majority of customers in the local market the fed government would not let vz offer lond disttance bcuz of federal divesture laws now some of u might be thi nking is stuupid but in reality vz makes more in ld market then it could ever make in local plus if u leave vz ffor another carrier we still make money off u bcuz we own the equipment and only rent the dial tone out to these other companys so see if we lose ur biz as a local cust we still make mone off u when u go to another company so Vz doesn't ggive a fuck about u - Verizon H8er ID: 1174C8 |

HOWEVER, this person is so full of shit. IF YOU WORK FOR VERIZON have you ever heard of NPS? The compnay obviously cares about their customers, the problem is they are to big and they have way too many customers to keep them all happy.
