| Verizon Screwed My Credit |
Verizon had been advertising home phone service in the Seattle area, with a "Freedom Value Plan" for $29.99 / month. From the very first bill, they started charging me $55 / month. Numerous calls to customer service and hours on hold later, I am left with a collection notice from an agency. Disgusted, I paid the account in full and cancelled my service. Now the collection shows up in my credit report, spoiling an otherwise emmaculate credit. I HATE VERIZON!!! - Verizon H8er ID: CD23E8 |
