Just received my bill for a jack service that was quoted to me as a 95 dollar flat fee, I asked several times if this was all the charge I would receive and was told yes. Received my bill today for 60 dollars over this amount, for a lousy jack that took the guy less than a hour to install. I called and received the usual customer service BS, followed by them trying to upgrade my service to bundle my internet and TV with my phone. Told her noway, I am so disatisfied with Verizon, I am considering a MajikJack and hung up. These companies are so filthy GREEDY, don't you just love Capitolism??? - Verizon H8er ID: 9DDC9C |
