more bad service

after more than 6 hours on the phone with verizon tv service i still have no tv and they now just put me on hold and and i get disconnected...
my contract is up this december and i'm history...
someday the goverment will get wise to the cable companies...we can put a man on the moon but can't
invent a good tv antenna..
