I got a Verizon phone plan in May 2009, and was promised $200 in rebates comming to me within two months. I have not received any rebate check and when I call I get a lame excuse that they were sent out and that I should have gotten them. They have bought soo much of my time and money. it has been 6 months now and still nothing. How do I log a complaint with a govenment agency about false promises this company is making? Could be an issue there, and if the checks were in your name, there is a check number on them and Verizon will have records of them.
