| Hooorible customer service for a loyal customer |
I've been with Alltel for 12 years now, and they were recently bought out by verizon. I had my phone stolen while traveling. When I went to claim insurance they told me they had cancelled my insurance and that my only option was to buy a phone of craig's list or ebay. Then said that they would provide no service for any phone purchase not from them. Another overlaying problem that I have had is that i've been paying for a blackberry plan for a few months and I had my blackberry stolen. They offer to change my plan but then say that they can not as it's in my contract.
Bottom line, I wanted a new blackberry. but verizon wanted me to pay a new contract price for it and then up my rate plan to a verizon rate plan, higher than an alltel plan. I switched to sprint. - Verizon H8er ID: 1D1FB5 |
