It's like hitting golf balls into the ocean.

I have been trying to get verizon to come to my apartment, install a jack, and put me online. It took me HOURS AND HOURS to get the appointment set up. And then guess what... the appointment time came and went, and NOTHING. NOTHING. No one showed up. No one called.

Shit, I'm used to being treated like this when I'm dating someone.... but from a professional service company this is ridiculous.

Assholes.
