VERIZON LIES

I signed up for FIOS and was told there'd be no contract. now that I want to disconnect they say there is. Their call routing system is so awful it takes 15 minutes to get to a human being, and then another 15 minutes to get to a supervisor -- none of whom will do anything. FIOS sucks, too. the picture always break up, the on demand movies are crap, the service technicians show up and don;'t fix anything, and the installer even refused to give me enough cable so I can move my furniture around. oh yeah, and the CEO make $20 million last year.
