| Lie's |
I had a family share and wanted to remove one number and leave the other on so that a family member could still use it. Switching the second number to its own charges costs extra money and 2 days into the new bill I'm forced to use and pay for it all month. I would of waited to till the end of the billing month to move it and save 25 bucks and have everything work fine but the rep said that "would of been a nightmare" soon after I complained she said "our only interest is to save you money" absolute lies. - Verizon H8er ID: CE1DD7 |
