There is no company that has ever existed that does not have angry customers with a bad experience. Nothing will ever get done unless you work hard on doing it yourself. It has a far larger than normal number of them. Its attitude is, take it or leave it. It is rapacious. It charges far more than it should. I've had the same home phone service through this company for 24 years (no real choice) and every 5-6 months the phones go out and a repair person comes around to patch it up, but the 90-year-old lines are never replaced. This in an area that's 20 minutes from where Thomas Edison worked in modern NJ. The phone lines literally were put in when Edison was around. - Verizon H8er ID: 35F1CA |
