An acquaintance signed up for Verizon. The installer told him he had to pay extra for boxes for each room. A conveniently forgotten fact, the sales rep didn't tell him. He cancelled on the spot. Verizoid refunded him a few $, about $20. of what he had paid them, keeping the rest of the bundle of course. They cut him a check a month later for the $20. Next month, another check for $20. He called Verizoid. Not having an account number, no one would help him or even listen. Keep in mind he was trying to SAVE THEM the $20. the idiots were refunding him each month. 12 months later, $20. a month still rolling in. He saved it all, knowing the retards would eventually bill him for it. 18 months in, they did, threatening him (remember he called them every month, for 10 months), if he didn't immediately send the money. He did so, sending it to the address he had spent months asking them for. VERIZON IS THE EPITOME OF CUSTOMER AND NON-CUSTOMER DISSERVICE!!! - Verizon H8er ID: 3BBEBD |
