I'm glad I found this site as I was thinking of switching carriers and Verizon was in the pool. I'm not totally dissatisfied with AT&T, but thought a change might be something to ponder, for whatever reason. I used to be with Sprint, so AT&T is a giant step up. But after reading the posts here, I'm glad I decided to stay with AT&T. After all, who knows phones better than the company that was made famous for them? And there customer service is light years ahead of Verizon AND Sprint. Maybe Sprint and Verizon should merge into one big mess instead of 2 smaller ones.
