| TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE |

I called to make a payment over the phone to avoid being late. She rudely informed me that my account was a "cash only" account. Ok. First of all, I was late 2 months in a row, but I had called and informed them, I like a lot of folks right now, was experiencing a dip in the cash flow. So, they had told me that my account would be on "cash only" status for 30 days. That was 3 months ago. I have been on time ever since. I made the last two months payments over the phone. She said that she saw that but she would not take the payment. I asked her to look in the payment review and see that I had made payments over the phone and they had been accepted by A CS supervisor just like her. Anyway...she refused and was VERY rude and treated me like a criminal....UGH I HATE VERISON!!! - Verizon H8er ID: 1B5EC2 |
