even the employees are screwed painfully

discounts being removed from your account, your plan being changed, your acount prorated with charges that you've never thought possible it's ridiculous....not to mention how hard it is to talk to someone in enmployee accouts...so now i'm trying to disonnect me services (6 lines of service)and i've been on hold for about 45 mins...
