| um... can you send me to someone else... wait ... on second thought |
I have verizon fios internet service, no tv, no phone. Apparently that is very bad for verizon because they have no way to track me b/c whomever programmed their system, only allowed for one data entry spot? the 'verizon' telephone number? My company pays for my phone, and I don't have television, I'm sorry. They automatically charged my first billed, without sending it to me, or telling me, and it was twice as much as quoted. I called, they admitted the overcharge, but it needs a managers approval and will take 30 days to 'credit' my account (it only took them two days to 'charge' my account). Also I asked if I could change the cc# they automatically charge, and if I could receive an ebill. You know, a bill for services rendered, like every other known company in existence does? The answer in short. No. In long, b/c I don't have a verizon phone, there is no possible way to send me a bill. But... I can log onto verizon.com, register and create a password to view my bill. Although, if I have a change to my account such as -changing the cc number, I need to go to verizon.net and register (different registration name) and create a password (different password) but... I won't be able to view my bill there just see the sum total. And by no means am I allowed to receive a copy of my bill, email, hard copy or otherwise... unless of course I took a screen capture (how legally binding do you think that is?) Let's recap... Verizon services as estimated when signing up... $54.99 Actual Charges... $ 123.65 Having my verizon bill reviewed by customer service... impossible. Gues thats why its on my Mastercard, maybe they will be able to explain it. Disgruntled - Verizon H8er ID: 61FAFF |
