| No difference at all |
I was a customer of Cingular, now At&t, for just as long as I have been a Verizon customer. If you can tolerate the continuing outrage of two-way charges, outright lies by customer service, pro-rated charges that negate the "savings" created by the so-called "family share plan", contract plans that will get you regardless of when you decide enough is enough (because of offset renewal dates on multiple-phone accounts) - Verizon will at least keep you connected most of the time.
