Well I called Verizon Wireless to see what my ETF was. Needless to say when the girl said 320 bucks I laughed and asked if she was kidding and she said absolutely not. I pulled out my contract and told her I signed a contract for a 175 etf and she said they had changed smartphone ETF's to 320 and actually told me I had to deal with it. Well not really surprising to me I found a class action lawsuit out there for that reason and I will be going to sprint and getting in on the lawsuit!Aaron - Verizon H8er ID: FA578A |

If you purchased a Advanced Device (Droid, Blackberry, Palm, etc) after July-August, your ETF was changed to $350. It reduces by $10/month. If you have a $175 ETF, it reduces by $5/month. Hate to say it, but if you activated a phone, and dialed the 1-877-807-4646 number to do so, you accepted that higher ETF.Outsourced. - Verizon H8er ID: 1AD1C1 |
