| Buying a new cell phone battery...... |
My cell battery would no longer recharge so I went to the VZ Wireless store. My service plan is with Verizon which was purchased from Alltel.
This is what transpired, the clerk there said the battery was not available at their store and Verizon did not sell that brand of phone. Our service plan is with Verizon, which was purchased from our original provider Alltel Wireless. Alltel sold us the phone about seven months ago. The clerk mentioned that Alltel accounts with current non Verizon utilized cell phones would not be serviced. The solution that was given by the VZ wireless employee was to enter into a new contract and purchase a new phone.
